Task
Axis is a New York psychotherapy practice led by Dr. Jesse Finkelstein. Most visitors arrive from paid search, often in a hard moment, so the site had to feel calm and trustworthy, explain an evidence based approach in plain words and make the first step to a consultation easy.
What we did
We redesigned the site from content mapping and a mood board to the Webflow build. We wrote and edited the copy, drew a quiet visual system around soft brand gradients, and replaced heavy videos with light code animations designed in After Effects. Then we wrote 21 pages of brand guidelines, set up analytics and SEO, and turned the blog into a place to practice, with 16 kinds of interactive tools such as a breathing pacer, a crisis pattern picker and worksheets that save to PDF.
Result
8% of visitors from paid search book a consultation, up from 6%. The blog brings readers from search and from AI assistants, and the practice received its first client referral from ChatGPT.
