How much does a therapist website cost?
Our packages start at $2,500 for a one page site and $5,000 for a full practice site with a blog. Hosting is billed by Webflow directly, on your own account.
How long does it take?
About two weeks for a landing page and about three weeks for a full site, counted from the day we receive your brief.
What is included in the fixed price?
One brief, design, one round of design revisions, the Webflow build, SEO setup and launch on your domain. Extra rounds or pages are quoted before we start them.
Why not a template or a practice platform site?
Templates are quick, but they look like hundreds of other practices. A custom site sets you apart, loads faster and gives you full control over search.
Do you write the content?
You bring what you know about your practice. We shape it into clear copy on the page. Writing content from scratch is part of Signature.
Does the site handle client data?
The site stores no clinical information. Intake, notes and payments stay in the practice tools you already use, and the site links to them.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. You get Webflow Editor access and a short walkthrough after launch.
Where are you based?
The studio is in Dnipro, Ukraine. We work with practices in New York and across the US and hold calls in your time zone.
How do payments work?
50% to start and 50% at launch, by bank transfer in USD. If you prefer, we can run the project through Upwork.
